An exciting new opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor working on an exciting new high-end, high-rise development in Manchester.
A future pipeline of works in Manchester for the next 4 years + with further exciting projects planned.
You will ideally have experience of working within high rise developments and experience of working on new build large construction sites.

Requirements
• Hold relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (Degree, ONC and HNC Level)
• Experience within a similar role.
• Working knowledge of construction industry, commercial and procurement process and procedures.
