Senior Quantity Surveyor
A nationally recognized multidisciplinary Construction Consultancy based in Leicester is seeking to recruit a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
In this role, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with the Director of the Leicester office to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, spanning healthcare, education, residential, hotel, and commercial developments.
This position presents unparalleled opportunities for career advancement. The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially oversee a small team of surveyors while actively participating in project delivery.
This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious and client-focused Quantity Surveyor who may feel they have reached a plateau in their current role and are eager to transition into a Senior QS position. The role promises the chance to drive meaningful change within a team and company, establish a long-term career path, and ultimately progress into a Directorial role.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- A RICS accredited degree qualification
- Comfortable in a client facing role
- Eager to manage and help grow the team
- A strong QS background within Consultancy environments
