Freelance Senior/Project Quantity Surveyor required to work on a hybrid basis for a contractor that operate within the food & beverage industry where the schemes will incorporate a range of projects from new build, refurbishment and fit out either as principal or management contractor.

Role will be hybrid and can be a combination of working remotely from home, office as well as incorporating visiting sites so travel will be required, main duties will involve everything from all stages including tender preparation, subcontractor procurement, subcontractor measurements/valuations/payments, final accounts and overall commercial management for the project(s).

You will also be required to attend management/client meetings either remotely or site based as required as well as the production of CVR's and the identification of all commercial risk

Experience working on construction projects within the food & beverage/manufacturing industry would be a distinct advantage but not essential but a proven track record on the delivery of projects for either Tier 1 national or Tier 2 regional build contractors would be essential.

Due to the nature of the industry and locations of projects, travel will be an essential requirement
