Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious, close knit Quantity Surveying team in London are seeking a solid Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable carrying out a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall be part of a team of 4 who work closely with an array of council and housing associations, carrying out refurb and new build residential, and education projects across London and the Southeast.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take the lead of residential and education projects up to £20m, providing QS and EA services where appropriate.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS or completed a Construction related degree
• Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience
• Open to a QS or Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Worked within a construction consultancy / QS practice
• Residential or education project experience would be a plus
• Comfortable running projects independently, pre and post contract
