Job Duties & Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will assume a key role within the commercial team, overseeing various aspects of project management and financial control. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the generation of Take-Offs and procurement processes
- Negotiating and securing accurate quotes for materials from suppliers and subcontractors
- Spearheading the pricing, preparation, and submission of quotations
- Managing and verifying subcontractor applications and payments
- Overseeing pricing and submission of variations
- Collaborating on the preparation of valuations and financial reports
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior members of the commercial team
Location/Travel
This position is based in Norwich, with occasional travel to project sites across East Anglia as required.
