Senior Quantity Surveyor - Established Construction Contractor

My client is an established and very well-regarded construction contractor.

They have two streams to their business - a new build residential and mixed-use development arm and a specialist groundworks and RC Frame subcontract arm.

They are privately owned, have very strong finances and are looking to make long term career appointments to bolster their expanding team.

They have modern offices in Essex, 30 minutes from the M25 and they operate throughout London and the Home Counties.

They have a combined turnover in excess of £120m and work on projects for themselves directly as a developer and as a groundwork’s RC Frame subcontractor for the major developers and residential contractors.

They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for several upcoming projects covering the Essex and Suffolk regions. The position will be based evenly between their Essex head office and sites.

Successful candidates will be Senior Quantity Surveyors with solid Groundwork's experience and a track record working for developers or main contractors. Candidates MUST have a full UK driving licence and a valid CSCS card.

They are offering competitive salaries with generous benefits packages in order to find the right calibre candidate.

This is a permanent position, and my client are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors who want a long-term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
