An award winning and forward thinking Private Cost Consultancy, are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Preston.

Based 15 minutes north of Preston, with ideal access to the M6, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of Quantity Surveyors who work hard to provide quality services.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor would need to provide evidence of recent project experience within the Health, Residential, Leisure, Education and Commercial sectors.

The Company

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation that provides endless opportunity for their employees. Whether it is APC support for Assistant Quantity Surveyors, or the responsibility of running small teams and projects, the client continuously review their staff an ensure progression is made.

Due to recent projects being awarded to them, this company are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to drive them forward and take on responsibilties to ensure client satisfaction.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 8 post grad years work experience, including;

  • BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying
  • MRICS preferred
  • On APC route at least
  • Mixed sector experience
  • Pre & Post contract duties
  • Client facing
