The Senior Quantity Surveying role

You will be responsible for the usual range of commercial functions from pre-construction through to final account fulfilling the contractual, legislative and statutory requirements of construction contracts. Typical skills and experience required are;

  • preparing, submitting and agreeing a budget and to monitoring actual performance against the agreed budget
  • a good understanding and ability to apply the appropriate financial processes
  • an understanding and knowledge of materials procurement processes
  • compiling unit rates and tenders

Your profile

You will be an experienced civil engineering Quantity Surveyor ideally with experience of working on highways project. Educated to degree level and have membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS, CIOB, ICE).
