Senior Proposals Executive (12 month FTC) - Leading Accountancy Firm

One of the country’s leading accountancy firms are looking for a well-organised and proactive bids specialist to join their friendly and collaborative team on a 12 month maternity cover.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their career in a firm who believe personal development is important. The successful applicant will have a variety of training opportunities, from the firm’s own internal training and development programme to professional qualifications such as the APMP certification. Ensuring tender best practice processes are maintained, you will enjoy autonomy project managing proposals including overseeing the proposal process from start to finish, interacting with all relevant teams and individuals while setting agreeable timescales and deliverables, and The Senior Proposals Executive will participate in proposal planning meetings to identify issues and client needs, as well as to provide input on proposal strategies and identifying key themes and messages, and work closely with the team to prepare for client meetings, including research, question lists and the creation of relevant material. You will contribute creatively to proposal documents to offer high-quality responses in accordance with brand criteria, both at the document submission and interview stages, and encourage discussions amongst the team to facilitate full and high-quality contributions to the text and develop relevant content. The role holder will also support senior team members on high-level, complex strategic proposals and assist existing and prospective internal projects, including content management, reporting and technology.

With a professional manner, excellent communication skills and the ability to rapidly build trust with Partners and senior staff, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role in a professional services firm. The Senior Proposals Executive will also possess meticulous attention to detail and will enjoy working under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
