Senior Property Manager - Nottingham

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Management professional to join a fantastic Sales & Lettings agent based out of their Nottingham office. This role will head up the Property Management department as well as oversee a Property Manager. We are searching for someone that is confident, has strong legislative knowledge and excellent organisational skills.

The Salary
£25,000 - £30,000

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee property management, ensuring the smooth running of the department.
  • Responsible for managing and motivating the Property Manager.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Tenants and Landlords post-let
  • Liase with tenants regarding maintenance and issues that arise
  • Contact landlords to discuss work required on their property
  • Handle work orders, including booking quotes, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Manage check-out and check-in processes, arranging any post-inspection work.
  • Oversee deposit negotiations and confirmations.
  • Manage keys, including the responsibility of distributing keys to contractors.
  • Manage void periods and associated works.
  • Associacted admin responsibilities and supporting the wider team when required.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience within a property management position
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised
  • Able to prioritise and work efficiently at busy times
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Competent using IT software

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am until 2pm
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
