Senior Property Manager
Senior Property Manager (Block) - Notting Hill / Bayswater - up to £60k
My client is a West London based, long established traditional independent managing agent overseeing a local portfolio of RMC blocks comprising mansion, purpose built and conversions.
With a strong service mentality underpinned by a genuine sense of accountability (blocks are local enough for residents to pop in to the office to report issues without prior appointment) they now seek a likeminded Senior Property Manager as follows:
- Part home based (number of days negotiable based on experience)
- Overseeing a small but prime block portfolio (all within local W postcodes), undertaking the full range of leasehold management duties with administrative, legal and accountancy support as required
- Dealing with residents face to face as well as over the phone and email
- Steady growth plan in place with the opportunity to progress within the company
- IRPM/RICS desirable but not essential (can be supported in post for those keen to obtain)
The suitable senior property manager will ideally reside in or close to West London, have a stable career history, prefer a smaller independent practice where accountability and service are at the forefront of all client/resident interactions and have the ability to undertake all aspects of block management from budget setting to major works, contractor management and AGM’s
Salary for the successful Senior Property Manager will range from £55k - £60k (depending on experience) with a genuine career path to Associate Director status
If you are a committed Senior Property Manager with a stable career history and seek a professional role in a reputable independent managing agent please apply now for immediate consideration and further info
