Senior Property Litigation Solicitor

We are working with a leading law firm in Chester who are looking to bring on board an experienced property litigation solicitor.

The company we are working with have a long history of success across multiple areas of law, including family law, commercial property and residential conveyancing, and wills and probate. This means that they can offer a full range of services to their clients.

Upon joining the property litigation team, you will be taking lead on both internal and external client cases from inception through to completion. You will be given the autonomy to manage your own workload and will also have the potential responsibility to supervise junior members of the team.

To be considered for this property litigation role you will need to have the following;

  • Knowledge and experience of property litigation and procedures, especially fast track trials, multi-track trials, debt recovery, and consumer contracts.
  • Experience in dealing with private & social landlords, freeholders, management companies, limited companies, and shareholders.
  • A good understanding of business development and managing departmental finances.
  • Any prior experience with managing and mentoring a team would be advantageous.
