A Senior Project Manager is required on a permanent basis to join a large commercial organisation based in Lincolnshire paying between £35k to £45k per annum (dependant on experience) to manage a variety of projects from inception through to delivery.
Your new role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be managing projects from the initiation stage through to implementation. Working with customers, suppliers and internal teams to drive projects forward, to time and budget. Communication is integral within your role as Senior Project Manager as you will be providing regular updates and reports to clients and management on project progress. You will be responsible for capturing project requirements, defining scope, planning resource, managing risk, issues and constraints, providing progress reports and updates to stakeholders, as well as implementing and communicating change as required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will be an experienced Project Manager ideally with a back ground in financial services or the IT industry and a relevant project management qualification such as Prince2. You will have experience of project management tools and methodologies and will have the ability to communicate and influence at varying levels to achieve desired outcomes. You will also demonstrate a willingness to work on your own initiative and take a proactive approach in managing projects.
