Senior Project Manager/ Scrum Master

A large, technologically transforming RSL are looking for an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join their technology team on a permanent basis. This role offers majority remote working with approximately one day per week required working from offices based in Hampshire.

You will be responsible for leading teams within technology and digital, so they deliver their objectives on time and to budget and to the highest quality levels. You will use tools to plan, review and progress ways/methodologies of working to ensure the most successful continuous improvement and cohesion for your teams. You will be responsible for business case planning, cost estimates, risk and benefits assessment/management, guiding senior stakeholders through change as well as mentoring Project Managers and Leads. This is a split role across project management and scrum management/agile delivery and candidates must have significant experience in both areas.

Essential Skills:

• Solid experience as a Senior Project Manager, Agile Delivery Manager and/or Scrum Master within technology focussed teams
• Business case planning, budgetary responsibility, risk & benefits assessment/management
• Guiding senior stakeholders through change to C-level
• Demonstrable knowledge of Scrum values such as: facilitation, servant leadership, situational awareness, empowerment, continual improvement, conflict resolutions and patterns and techniques for the Scrum approach such as: burndown technologies, retrospective formats etc
• Agile techniques (User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing)
• Knowledge of other Agile methodology (Kanban, Crystal, DSDM, FDD, Lean, SAFe)
• Wagile/Waterfall
• Experience of delivering social housing technology projects such as asset management, property & compliance, scheduling, mobile working etc would be highly advantageous for this role
