Location: Central London
Salary: up to £28K depending on experience
Overview: A senior Project Manager position working for an established artwork & reprographics agency looking after a food packaging account.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Effectively manage the day to day workload of the project management team, overseeing the account and ensuring that projects are delivered on time.
*Monitor all aspects of production through the tracker to ensure all targets are being met.
*Support the Studio Manager with all aspects of booking in, artwork and repro process.
*Work closely with the client facing Account Manager to ensure cradle to grave management.
*Responsible for prioritising workload and effectively managing your time to ensure artwork deadlines and file to printer dates are met with the help of the Studio Manager.
*Manage the management information system (MIS) and ensure all information is inputted accurately into the system.
*Hold 1-2-1 meetings and appraisals for the team.
*Supervise and be there to answer any queries for both the studio team and client.
Skills & Experience needed:
*Industry experience of print / packaging / point of sale or similar is essential.
*Proven project management capabilities.
*Supervisory / team leadership experience is ideal.
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
*Used of Excel would be a major benefit as this is used throughout the role.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Confident and positive attitude!
