Position: Programmatic Account Manager

Overview: As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in programmatic platforms, data analysis, and client communication to drive performance, exceed client expectations, and contribute to the growth of our agency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance, campaign recommendations, and regular performance updates.
    • Act as a strategic advisor, proactively identifying opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
  2. Campaign Execution and Optimization:

    • Set up, launch, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as DSPs (Demand Side Platforms) and ad exchanges.
    • Implement audience targeting strategies, creative optimization, and bid management techniques to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
    • Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve client goals.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and attribution metrics.
    • Prepare comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.
    • Present campaign results and insights to clients in a clear, concise manner, demonstrating the value of our services and driving client satisfaction.
  4. Technical Troubleshooting and Support:

    • Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, or campaign setup.
    • Provide timely resolution to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  5. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

    • Keep abreast of industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising.
    • Share insights and recommendations with internal teams and clients to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on programmatic advertising and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in programmatic advertising platforms such as DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.) and ad exchanges.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
