About The Role

Our consultancy client are expanding their team and seeking experienced Senior Product Managers to join! As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in translating client goals into actionable plans. This involves crafting a compelling vision for your product, outlining the product roadmap, creating user stories, and actively managing them within a prioritized backlog.

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Product, you're expected to be an expert in agile methodologies, a confident coach, and a leader in both people and teams. Advocating for user-centered design approaches, you'll have opportunities to share your expertise and influence both clients and team members, contributing to your continuous growth as a leader.

We do need product consultancies with prior consultancy experience, customer facing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide colleagues by supporting their understanding of client needs, explaining the broader context, and gaining buy-in.
  • Provide team leadership, shielding your team from distractions, and ensuring their focus remains on delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a project vision and translate it into a roadmap and prioritized backlog.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals, including experts in their respective fields.
  • Lead a diverse multidisciplinary team in delivering work for high-profile clients.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Lead workshops and group exercises, both remotely and in-person.
  • Develop product and user-centric capabilities in others.
