The focus of this role on the following areas:
- Undertaking client advisory duties, including site based inspections, and providing guidance regarding construction related project issues for our CDM clients.
- Assisting with the delivery of the principal designer role either in a supporting capacity, producing key documentation and design risk assessments, and/or attending design workshops to ensure that design risk can be managed.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
The right candidate will have a Good working knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, including a strong understanding of principal designer and client advisor roles. The NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate is the minimum level of qualification required for this role along with membership to a registered body such as APS and IOSH.
