Description

As a Senior Planner, you'll report to the Head of Strategy:

• Provide compelling thought leadership (brand communications, effectiveness, marketplace dynamics, consumer and cultural contexts)
• Develop insightful strategies, creative briefs and comms plans, providing persuasive rationales to support recommendations
• Measure the effectiveness of work versus agreed KPIs
• Work with the team to analyse and interpret relevant data sources in search of insight
• Build trusting and influential relationships with internal team members and key clients

Profile

• Significant experience of integrated campaign development and brand marketing programs
• Demonstrates a clear ability to interpret, imagine and create ideas
• Builds trust and is persuasive
• Extensive knowledge of the communications industry, including digital communications
• Comprehensive understanding of market research techniques and information resources
• Excellent analytical, creative thinking and summation skills
• Confident, assertive and diplomatic
