Leading Global FMCG Organisation in Bristol who are recruiting a Senior People Business Partner, on a permanent part-time basis. Reporting into the Global Head of HR, you will have a real impact on the HR agenda for the European region and work collaboratively on wider global HR initiatives.

Description

As the Senior People Business Partner for Europe you will:

  • Partner with global HR to develop and implement global HR processes and initiatives
  • Partnering with the business to understand needs and objectives
  • Drive and implement organisational design, change management, effective communication, and engagement strategies
  • Advise on HR policies and procedures
  • Implementing talent management and succession planning strategies
  • Supporting the development and delivery of HR projects
  • Collaborating with the wider Global HR team to ensure consistency and best practice

Profile

A successful Senior People Business Partner should have:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Previous experience within FMCG/Manufacturing or similar sector
  • Strong Business Partnering skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to influence and drive change
  • Knowledge of HR policies and best practice
  • Excellent Stakeholders Management

Job Offer

  • £65k - 70k FTE - the role is being offered on a part time (25-30hrs) Permanent basis
