Due to an internal promotions, I am looking to recruit two new Senior Pension Administration Manager for a leading employer in the financial services and pensions sector. As an organisation they have grown consistently over the last couple of years in terms of new business acquisitions and new business wins. These roles will be connected to their high-profile office in Croydon, and you will have the ability to work flexibly at home and from the office (c.1 day in the office).

As one of the Senior Managers within the Pensions Administration team, you will lead at least 5/6 teams pension administrators and be able to clearly articulate expectations, direction, timelines, risks, and expected work results. You will also take an active role in supporting employee wellbeing, ensuring colleagues have the opportunity to grow and develop.

With at least 2 new clients joining in Q1/Q2 in 2024, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing administration management and as part of the national leadership team, you will act as the focal point to drive forward local performance acting as a positive force and addressing all team and individual challenges whilst also contributing to national objectives.

As a pensions expert you will use your technical knowledge and time management capabilities to focus on operational effectiveness, ensuring process and procedures are fit for purpose and add value, whilst acting as the conduit between other teams such as actuarial, payroll and projects.

Working on different projects with the ability to delegate effectively and forward plan and with the onus on quality delivery, you will identify ways to work more effectively, helping to drive consistency through effective contract and commercial management of our service.

Additionally, you will also represent the service at Trustee and client meetings and work closely with Partners and Directors to develop relationships with current and potential clients to secure additional business. This will include leading involvement on new business pitches.

With proven Defined Benefit pension administration experience, your career to date will includes working within a senior leadership role with an emphasis on quality delivery ideally within a consultancy environment.

With a passion for people development and member service, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the leadership qualities to positively influence colleagues and inspire everyone to deliver to their best ability, coupled with the ability to converse confidently with clients, both existing and future with engaging presentation skills
