Senior Payroll Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience working within a payroll function
We are looking for someone who is an experienced payroll supervisor who will ideally have some experience in processing payroll for over 100 employees. It would be desirable if you had experience in processing payroll for employees who are paid through timesheets and online Rotas’. If you thrive on working in a busy environment, have fantastic organisation skills and a passion to succeed then this could be the opportunity for you.
Bethphage is a registered charity which was established in 1994 and provides support to adults with learning and physical Disabilities in Shropshire and the West Midlands.

You will need to be efficient and effective in developing a payroll function ensuring there is a focus on excellent customer service. Manage and control the processing of payroll, including status changes, pay details and sickness records. Processing BACS file transmissions and additional payments. Maintaining records and ensure all third party payments and queries are made/responded to in a timely manner. A full job description can be obtained by contacting head office.
