A well respected NHS Trust have asked Castlefield Recruitment to source Senior Operations Manager to support their Clinical Support Services Division. This position would suit an individual with experience within a busy NHS operational environment
The successful Senior Operations Manager will:
- Provide operational support for the CSS Division of Surgery, including Pathology and Radiology services
- Lead on performance monitoring and especially monthly diagnostics waiting times (DMO1) as well as general activity returns for 15 key diagnostic tests and procedures
- Provide innovative solutions to the reduction of DMO1's
- Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Lead a high performing Triumvirate to deliver collective objectives, and to provide assurance and reviews again against delivery plans
- Deliver services to budget, to help achieve financial sustainability and increasing income
- Develop operational centres of excellence and improve patient pathways
Individual:
- Ideal for individuals with a previous NHS background
- Best suited to candidates with operational management experience
- Ability to work as part of a wider team and interact with senior Clinicians
