Senior Office Administrator/Office Manager

Our client is a very fast growing sales/ recruitment group. They are looking for a super organised Office Administrator/Manager. This role will offer business admin support across the group’s 3 companies from their head office location. To be considered for this role our client is looking for previous admin experience gained within a sales or recruitment-related industry. The successful candidate will work in their chic office based in South West London. This is a very desirable role offering perks and incentives such as free gym membership, weekends away and various staff events.

Salary dependent upon experience

Role responsibilities include;

  • PA duties to Director duties such as international diary management and ad-hoc projects/ tasks
  • Organise lunch clubs, dinners, company trips /events
  • Book travel for various staff members
  • HR Admin - setting up/ administering new starters. Admin induction training to new consultants
  • Ordering furniture, stationary etc and logging purchases on system
  • Set up meeting rooms including laptops, TVs, and projectors
  • Create spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for tenders

Previous experience;

  • Administration experience gained from a sales or recruitment environment
  • A social person with first class communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a varied and fast-paced environment
  • Good to excellent Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
