Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire

Salary: £24k - £29k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

The Role:

As a Senior Negotiator / Assistant Manager, you will be maintaining client relationships, skilfully negotiating sales agreement terms, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Negotiator, Assistant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Minimum 18 months estate agency experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and initiative.
