NATURE OF BUSINESS:

Provide building repairs and catastrophic disaster management. They use a mix of their own Site Operatives and a network of specialist contractors to providerepairstovaryingdegrees of property damage.

They are members of the Charted Institute of Building (CIOB) and undertake professional qualifications within the membership to expand knowledge and experience in the industry. Their staff members also undertake examinations and progression through the Charted Institute of Insurance (CII) and other professional bodies dependent on the role.

JOB TITLE: Senior Marketing Executive

REPORT TO: Directors

This is an exciting opportunity to join this dynamic firm as a Marketing Executive and be involved in a variety of tasks that make a difference to the business profile.

Ideally you will be a creative person who has already demonstrated their ability in a marketing function and now looking for that next step. You will be able to analyse content and always be looking at ways to make improvements. This is a chance to really make this role your own and be involved in some exciting projects. This role will involve going out and about to visit projects currently in progress and completed to take copy and take photographs to publish on online platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns that could add value to the business
  • Create videos and content on projects - this could involve site visits to be able to detail activity and take appropriate images
  • Coordinating promotional activities, events, awards nights and interviews
  • Managing production and performance of multimedia content
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy for social platforms and the website
  • Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
  • Managing social media platforms including LinkedIn
  • Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Organise marketing collateral needed in the business
  • Keeping up to date with industry news and new technologies that could make a difference
  • Visiting projects currently in progress and completed to take copy and take photographs to publish on online platforms.

  • Degree educated - marketing discipline
  • Relevant marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects

  • Creativity, writing and design skills
  • Commercial awareness

  • IT skills, including social media and video editing
  • Driving licence and own transport - for when you need to visit sites.

HOURS OF WORK: 8:45 - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 45mins Lunch

Following successful completion of probation period - hybrid work is offered 2/3

STARTING SALARY: Up to £32,000

HOLIDAY: 25 days plus bank holidays and an additional day is also given for your Birthday if it falls on a weekday.
