Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

One of the UK's top Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveying teams in London are seeking a professional Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor as a result of their continued growth.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will join an iconic Cost Management consultancy and a talented M&E Quantity Surveying team who work across an array of projects including residential, commercial, hotel, data centre, sports, and healthcare.

The new Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of projects, running them pre and post contract including: TDD, cost reporting, producing cost plans, and leading project team meetings.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E / MEP sector
• Open to a Quantity Surveyor (seeking a step up), or a Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Preferably from a construction consultancy / cost management practice
• Will consider M&E Quantity Surveyors from a Main Contractor
• MRICS or working towards
