Senior Landscape Architect

We are currently representing a Consultancy that is actively looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join their growing team in the Northampton Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Landscape Architect to build and develop their career within a talented team.

Our client is looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to work alongside the Director on variety of developments within the Commercial, Residential and Industrial sectors. Key responsibilities include assisting with the development of the Landscape team, prepare feasibility appraisals, produce detailed LVIA's, assist and develop Junior members within the team, work closely with clients as well as use AutoCAD, SketchUp and Photoshop on a daily basis.

Senior Landscape Architect Position Remuneration

• Competitive Salary; £27,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
• Holiday; 20 Days + Bank Holidays
• Pension

• 4 and a half day working week (half a day off gifted by the company every week)

Senior Landscape Architect Position Overview

• Work on a range of developments within the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors
• Work closely with the Director
• Assist with the development of the team
• Project Manage
• Assist Junior members of the team
• Present landscape cases to clients
• Produce detailed LVIA's
• Prepare feasibility appraisals
• Work closely with clients

Senior Landscape Architect Position Requirements

• Relevant Degree Qualified; 5 + Years Professional Experience
• A Chartered Member Of The Landscape Institute, Beneficial
• Living in or around the Northampton area
• Ability to project manage
• Full UK Driving License
• Confident with producing feasibility appraisals and LVIA's
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
