Senior Java Engineer

Sanderson have been asked by one of our clients to help them recruit a Senior Java Engineer into a growing team to help design, implement and maintain software that underpins their client offering.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to add huge value and really make a technical difference. ideally the relevant Engineers will have a mix of the following tech stack & skills;

• A strong background and knowledge base in Java
• Have had some exposure to JavaScript web frameworks such as ReactJS & VueJS
• Have worked in an Agile development environment ideally using modern DevOps practices
• Knowledgeable in writing automated tests
• Worked with either relational (SQLServer, PL/SQL) or non-relational (MongoDB, CosmoDB) databases
• Be comfortable working alongside BA's & Test Engineers as well as the wider business to deliver effective software solutions
