Senior IT Technician
Tewkesbury

We're seeking a Senior IT Technician to join an industry-leading business based in Tewkesbury.
As a Senior IT Technician, you'll play a key role in managing the Information and Communication Technology requirements, ensuring seamless operations across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Assist the IT Manager in coordinating Systems and hardware.
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancements and implementing new solutions.
  • Provide responsive support for network, printer, desktop, and laptop issues, ensuring hardware remains fault-free.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining company mobile phones, IT hardware, and other systems.
  • Utilise Visual Basic (VB) for software development, particularly with Excel.
  • Integrate SQL databases with other systems for management reporting.

What you need to be successful:
  • Minimum Level 4 qualification in ICT, business, or Project Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of software programs, including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and high-level Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL database management and Visual Basic (VB) programming.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret information effectively.
