Senior IT Engineer

Henderson Scott are proudly working in partnership with a large global consultancy firm for their UK offices. Due to expansion within the business, we are supporting to add an experienced Senior IT Engineer to the team on a full time permanent basis.

This is a hybrid opportunity but will require travel to offices in Dundee, Glenrothes and Dunfermline.


Requirements

  • Experience working within a Senior position.
  • Knowledge of IT server infrastructure backups and updated.
  • Hands on experience within hardware/desktop troubleshooting.
  • Exposure with network related issues / problem solving.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Working experience on 1st & 2nd line user support.
  • Proficient in server, storage technology, and IT infrastructure.
  • Coaching an mentoring of junior IT team members.
  • Ability to work to deadlines .
  • Recognised problem solver within a high pressure environment.
