Senior Integrations Developer

Robert Half is proud to have partnered with Pobl Group, a not-for-profit group of companies offering homes and support that make a real difference, focused on using their resources, imagination, and passion to deliver their purpose, making an even bigger difference to people's lives. We're delighted to be helping the business expand their development team with the recruitment of a Senior Developer, taking ownership of the applications and integrations development team and guiding the development life cycle to deliver innovative and robust solutions.

The role offers primarily remote working, with the core requirement being once a month onsite in either Newport or Swansea, but you should be prepared to be onsite once a week on occasion.

The Company:

Pobl Group was formed in 2016 by the merger of Seren Group with Grwp Gwalia and is the largest organisation in Wales delivering affordable housing, care, and support. Over the last 5 years, they've developed over 3,000 new homes, with ambitious plans to build 10,000 more over the next 10 years. The business itself has had some exciting developments during this time, with the merger of their three care and support companies to form Pobl Care and Support, the merger of their housing associations to form Pobl Homes and Communities, as well as investment in new IT infrastructure; supporting their frontline service delivery teams to continuously improve and develop their customer offering and service quality.

Pobl's core purpose is very simple, to make a positive difference to people's lives. "Pobl" is Welsh for "people" - their name recognises that what matters most to them are the individuals, families, and communities they serve.

"As a forward-thinking organisation and a leader in the Welsh housing sector, technology is at the heart of everything we do. We are embarking on an exciting programme of tech-enabled change and this role will play a key part in developing technology solutions that really make a difference in people's lives."
