This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while requiring willingness to travel nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient in TUPE transfers and experienced in navigating the complexities of employment law.
• Working closely with the HR Business Partner and Head of HR
• strong HR operations background and take a personable and pragmatic approach to advising and problem-solving.
• Knowledgeable about the process following the receipt of an ET1 form and able to respond effectively with an ET3 form.
• Skilled in handling misconduct cases and conducting individual consultations with employees.
• Experienced in managing employee relations (ER) cases with tact and efficiency.
• Ability to conduct company integration consultations to ensure smooth transitions during mergers or acquisitions.
• Collaborate closely with operational staff and other HR individuals to create integration plans that align with organizational goals.
• Handle employee relations cases with care and professionalism, ensuring fair outcomes and maintaining positive employee relations.

Package:
