Senior HR Advisor

Start: May 2024

Hours: Full time

Duration: Until the end of March 2025

Salary: Up to £38k per annum (pro rata) or hourly interim rate of £25-£27 p/h (Inside IR35, umbrella)

Hybrid working in West Hertfordshire – 2-3 days pw onsite

Our client is seeking a HR Advisor to join the team, on a full-time basis to assist until the end of March 2025. They are looking for the successful candidate to be based in West Hertfordshire and as this is a HR Generalist role, previous HR casework experience is essential.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualified (or go the relevant UK based experience)
  • Previous HR casework experience
  • Must be able to do the transactional HR process and admin for the Employment cycle
  • Previous experience on HR and Recruitment systems – iTrent is preferable
  • Must have fluent and proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel
