What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play an integral role in shaping the future success of our organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive HR services across our Tours & Retail business units. You will act as a strategic partner to the management team, developing an understanding of their goals and facilitating solutions that effectively support these objectives. Your proactive approach will be crucial in supporting organisational changes that align with our wider business vision. You will handle day-to-day Employee Relations issues, provide support on general HR queries, stay updated on HR policies, and assist with recruitment processes. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

* Act as a trusted and strategic partner to the Tours & Retail Management Team, proactively partnering with them on all people-related matters
* Develop close working relationships and understanding of business goals and facilitate people and organisational solutions which support the business effectively
* Support initiatives and organisational changes to align with the wider business vision
* Handle day-to-day Employee Relations issues such as sickness absence, misconduct issues & grievances
* Provide day-to-day support in HR general questions and respond within reasonable timeframes
* Stay fully conversant in HR Policies and coordinate workshops for managers in line with changes in legislation
* Support stakeholders in performance management and assist with recruitment process & approvals as required using Workday


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Business Partner role will bring a wealth of HR experience from a multi-functional area. You will have up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law and be comfortable taking initiative, using your discretion and skills to work with limited supervision. Your ability to treat information within the department as highly confidential is essential. You will be experienced with HR Databases and have a full working knowledge of Microsoft Office at an intermediate level. Your excellent organisation and follow-up skills, ability to prioritise and delegate tasks, and excellent time management skills will set you apart. You are professional, diplomatic, confident, and able to deal with all levels of staff and management. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be key in this role.
