Exciting opportunity for a Senior Tools Programmer to join a Stockholm based Game Studio!

• Salary up to 70,000 SEK
• Hybrid 3 days in office
• Strong proficiency in C/C++
• Working as a Software Developer on a proprietary engine using in house tools

WHO ARE WE

A start up AAA Game Studio formed from some of the brightest and most experienced out there, this studio is self-funded and you will be working in a team of veterans where the experience ranges from 10-25 years creating a brand new IP.

Located in the heart of Stockholm creating an exciting new open world sand box game.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING

Working within an already established team, you will be a skilled and knowledgeable Senior Tools Programmer to work on proprietary engine and using C++ to help create stunning games.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Tools and have other skills due to the nature of start-ups being fast paced and hands on you will be a highly proficient programmer with an interest in hardware and infrastructure.

Tools Specialist

• Good commercial working within a Games Studio as a Tools Programmer (5+ years).
• Strong professional experience C++ Programming.
• Good understanding of Python.
• Familiarity with the concepts of Object Oriented and Data Oriented Design.
• Game Engine experience - Unreal Engine / Proprietary Engine.
• Interacting with the users of tools in the design and development of the software.
• Familiar with setting up cloud services, preferably Azure.
• Linux / Windows.
• Ability to work un supervised to a high standard.
• AAA Studio experience desired but not essential.
