Senior FP&A Analyst

Senior FP&A Analyst, Fintech, Up to £60,000 + Benefits, Glasgow, Hybrid
 
I am working exclusively with a highly impressive Fintech business who are looking for a rising star to join their growing FP&A team as a Senior FP&A Analyst.
 
Reporting into the Head of Reporting and FP&A and partnering closely with the investors, executive leadership team and senior managers, this role will drive business value through accurate reporting, robust financial planning and ultimately supporting the business to ensure its growth is managed and measured accurately.
 
This is a group-wide role with exposure to all things FP&A, you will have direct involvement with fundraising and have a true end-end role.
 
The company have strong backing from some of the most widely recognised VC's and Banks globally. They are on an exciting upward journey and need strong talent to continue the success.
 

FP&A responsibilities:
  • Monthly KPI’s and Board reporting
  • Developing, improving, and maintaining excellent management information
  • Driving process improvement and increasing efficiencies in the way we work
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Monthly variance analysis to budget, re-forecast, and prior year
  • Analyse complex financial data and reports, and to provide accurate financial recommendations including business cases where appropriate.
  • Analyse and provide insights on trends in data (both financial and non-financial)
 
Rev Ops responsibilities:
  • Recurring Revenue/ARR analytics
  • Deal desk, actively contribute to deals to ensure contracts comply with company policy and providing support to sales teams where appropriate.
  • Key partner to sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and other teams to align on revenue/top-line goals.
  • Track key metrics, like sales performance, lead velocity, sales cycle length, win rates, churn, upsell, etc.
  • Own the CRM data and reporting, and proactively make recommendations based on data.
 
About You:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
  • Strong Financial Modelling and Excel skills
  • Commercial, data-driven, and analytical mindset (i.e., comfortable with large data-sets and being able to analyse/articulate meaning of them)
  • Multi-company, multi-currency exposure a plus
  • SaaS/Software experience desirable but not essential
