Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Senior Footwear Designer – The Role:

As the Senior Footwear Designer, you will be playing a pivotal role in the design and development within the team. You will be playing a multifaceted role that encompasses creative design, technical expertise, market analysis, and project management within the footwear industry.

Senior Footwear Designer – Key Responsibilities:

- Design innovative, high-quality footwear collections

- Collaborate with the design team

- Research and stay up to date with the latest trends in fashion and footwear

- Create technical drawings, sketches, and prototypes of designs

- Work closely with the product development team

- Attend trade shows and collaborate with external vendors

- Mentor junior designers on the team

Senior Footwear Designer – You:

- 5+ years of experience in footwear design

- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience with trend forecasting.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

- Bachelor's degree in footwear design, fashion design, or a related field
