Senior Finance Systems Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with proven hands-on Elite 3E systems experience in the legal industry.

Our prestigious US law firm client is seeking to hire a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to support and enhance the firm’s financial systems performance cycle in line with all other firmwide applications on a permanent basis.  This is a newly created role in London and will report into the Finance Systems Manager in their US Headquarters.

• Salary to £90,000 per annum + benefits including free breakfast & lunches
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Senior Finance Systems Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the Firm’s financial systems, including, but not exclusive to, billing and accounting, budget, procure-to-pay, and expense reporting applications
• Work closely with the key stakeholders to help ensure business requirements are understood and met, as well as provide end user operational and application support for the Firm’s financial systems
• Drive all phases of business process and related technology improvements, including developing and executing on project plans that will lead to successful implementation of these initiatives
• Work with business leads to build trust with the business owners by delivering a constant stream of new innovation ideas that fit within finance strategies
• Perform project management duties for smaller scale business process improvements and other Finance project initiatives

Senior Finance Systems Analyst Skills & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or similar field of study is required
• Experience with Elite 3E and/or Elite Enterprise is preferred
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
