Senior Family Solicitor

Thames Valley

A highly respected and well-established law firm, are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join their thriving family law department in Thames Valley. The successful candidate will have significant experience in handling complex family law matters and will play a key role in providing strategic advice and representation to the firms clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and domestic abuse cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of family law, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including court applications, witness statements, and consent orders, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, barristers, experts, and other relevant parties, maintaining clear and open communication throughout the legal process.
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Extensive experience in handling a wide range of family law matters, including high-net-worth divorces and complex financial disputes.
  • Strong advocacy skills with experience representing clients in court proceedings and conducting negotiations and mediations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
