Senior Family Solicitor - Leicestershire

Are you an experienced and dedicated family solicitor looking to join a Legal 500 firm? Do you thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Family Solicitor in Leicestershire.

As a Senior Family Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in leading the team and providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to individuals and families in diverse family law matters.

Key Duties:

  • Divorce Cases: Handle complex divorce cases, ensuring that clients receive expert guidance and representation throughout the process. Your ability to navigate sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism will be essential.
  • Financial Settlements: Advise and negotiate financial settlements in divorce cases, ensuring fair distribution of assets and providing guidance on spousal maintenance, property division, and other financial matters.
  • Private Children Cases: Provide legal representation and guidance in private children cases, including child custody, access arrangements, and parental rights disputes. Your ability to prioritize the best interests of the child while advocating for your clients will be crucial.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in family law
  • Proven track record of handling complex family law cases, including divorces, financial settlements, and private children cases.
