Job Title: Senior Estimator

Location: Bolton

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

Job Type: Permanent

The Role

• Preparing competitive tenders and estimates for large and complex building projects.
• Working closely with other departments including design, construction, sales, and contracts to provide the client with the most cost-effective tender information.
• Pricing all activities, tender adjudication, document submission and meeting with clients

The Candidate

• 10+ year's experience in estimating/quantity surveying.
• GCSE's in English, Maths and Science and a HNC in construction or a commercial qualification.
• structural steel experience (preferred).
