We are partnered with an organization dedicated to rescuing over half a million used books weekly, preventing them from ending up in landfills. Their sustainable retailing model lies at the core of their mission.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to an ongoing content strategy that communicates our brand values effectively to customers, emphasizing what sets us apart in the market.
- Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans for various activities including on-site merchandising, promotions, email marketing, and social media engagement, aligned with seasonal and social trends.
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance the overall site experience, focusing on aspects like site search, product browsing, and checkout flow to optimize the customer journey.
- Implement digital marketing best practices, including SEO optimization, in coordination with the product team.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in publishing, book retail, or e-commerce B2C environments.
- Proficient in utilizing Google Analytics for daily e-commerce KPI monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Email Marketing Platforms, crafting engaging emails, and setting up automated flows based on user behaviours.
- Demonstrated ability to create social media project plans and curate captivating content for followers.
- Proficiency in creative/design software like Photoshop for making adjustments when required.
