This progressive, award-winning digital marketing agency is seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager to join their team and lead their largest client accounts! You’ll work on a fully remote basis + a 4 day week!

Think you've got what it takes to be the go-to guru for our client’s biggest search marketing accounts? Our client is a cool, award-winning digital marketing agency looking for a seasoned pro to join the team.

This is your chance to be the main point of contact for top clients, you’ll be working closely with the agencies strategy and operations teams to make sure client communication is on point, from meetings to updates to killer reports.

The ideal candidate will understand SEO and PPC with 4-5+ years in a similar digital agency role. You’ll have a track record of client facing experience and managing client relationship. You’ll have excellent verbal communication skills - keeping clients in the loop at all times!

What You'll Be Doing:

• You'll be the bridge between clients and the team, ensuring smooth communication through emails, video calls, and phone calls.
• Building client relationships
• Craft compelling weekly and monthly reports - think data-driven insights presented in a clear and engaging way.
• Keep clients informed and engaged by providing regular updates on campaign performance, highlighting successes and potential areas for further optimis
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure they deliver high-quality work that aligns with pre-defined goals.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to troubleshoot any technical challenges hindering campaign performance.
• You’ll manage client meetings like a pro, creating agendas, taking accurate notes, and ensuring everyone stays on track.
