You will play a pivotal role in cultivating and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, ensuring they fully harness the transformative power of the companies technologies.

Responsibilities
- Smooth Onboarding: Guide hospitals in transitioning to our innovative software and hardware seamlessly.
- Relationship Management: Build strong connections with key stakeholders, offering proactive support and solutions.
- Training: Conduct tailored sessions to maximise staff proficiency with our products.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product usage and performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for swift problem-solving.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer insights to drive product enhancements.
- Advocacy: Foster a community of satisfied customers willing to endorse our products through testimonials and events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Customer Success Manager position within healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively convey complex topics
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel
