We’re looking for a Senior CRM Analyst to join us for a 6 month contract to lead on all things related to customer insight, analytics and data.


• Using a range of complex analytical processes to understand, predict and report on customer behaviour
• Working across teams including Finance, BI and Digital Analytics to surface insights which will support defined objectives and drive the business forward
• Identifying opportunities to make outputs more accurate, more insightful or quicker to produce
• Overseeing and prioritising all analytics output by the Insights Team


Act as the customer data lead within the Business Transformation programme by:
• Developing an expert understanding of our current customer data architecture, technology and associated processes
• Working with the programme’s Data Migration Lead to inform the design and delivery of the migration of customer data from our current ERP to D365
• Working across a variety of teams to translate business problems into data designs
• Creating a prioritised roadmap for technical and non-technical (i.e. ways of working) advancements in the short, medium and long term
• Where necessary, producing business cases for any investment needed
• Ensuring that existing processes relating to GDPR and data governance are upheld by the programme


• A highly analytical graduate with a numerate or technical degree
• Knowledge and proven experience of using statistical methods to achieve results
• Proven track record of generating actionable insight
• Knowledge of complex data architecture, CRM and associated technology
• Advanced user of MS Excel
• Ability to take a problem and work independently to investigate it with little/no brief
• Experience in delivery and project management
• Ability to convey technical information and language to a non-technical audience
• An understanding and appreciation of Data Governance ad GDPR
• Ability to consider needs in the short, medium and long term
• An appetite for change – looking to move things forward
• An open and collaborative working approach

Nice to have:
• Experience in D365 and D365 Customer Engagement
• Programming language competency such as SQL, R or similar
• Experience of using Apteco FastStats or equivalent system
• Multi-channel retail experience
