Established consultancy is seeking a recruitment consultant to take on the responsibility of creating and establishing a new desk recruiting for the Piling and Marine sectors.
This desk will complement the existing Civil Engineering team, which is made up of 3 Senior Consultants and a Recruitment Consultant. They place candidates in both main contract and sub-contract areas of civil engineering with the sectors covered including, but not limited to, infrastructure and highways, utilities and power, rail and underground, reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, demolition, remediation and piling.
This opportunity will provide you with the platform to develop a new section of the business and build a strong, focused client list.
In addition to basic salary of £25,000K to £40,000K (DOE) and commission with no upper threshold, my client offers generous quarterly bonuses, quarterly target based office events, regular team social events, ongoing perks through Perkbox and a drinks fridge.
