The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the esteemed Project Management team, collaborating closely with seasoned industry professionals.
Your role will be primarily based in our Manchester office, with frequent travel required across various EMEA countries, providing a unique blend of professional development and travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed project plans in alignment with client goals.
- Lead a talented cross-functional team, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Proactively tackle project challenges, devising effective strategies to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, aiming to surpass client expectations.
- Foster robust client relationships, anticipating needs and offering strategic solutions.
- Ensure smooth management of overseas projects, maintaining effective communication across locations.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in the construction industry, particularly within a consultancy setting.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Degree in Construction/Project Management or related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Construction Development.
- Ambitious, proactive, and committed to achieving excellent project outcomes.
- A deep-seated knowledge of project management processes, with a particular focus on RIBA/Development Stages and qualifications from esteemed bodies like RICS, APM, or CIOB.
- Ideally have industry experience across a range of large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, leisure and education builds.
