Venn Group is currently for a Senior Construction Manager in Manchester.

Our client is open to those seeking both contract or permanent employment.

Job details /duties will include:

  • CATB fit out
  • Leading tier 1 contractor
  • Managing subcontractors over 2 floors
  • Managing installation of the below:

-        MEP Installation

-        Dry wall

-        Ceramics

-        Joinery

-        Acoustic spray

-        Glazed partitions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the above role
  • Joinery/Building background
