Senior Client Manager - Yately or Hartley Wintey

£25,000 basic Salary with OTE in the region of £45,000 - £50,000

Responsibilities:

·Generate and book valuations
·To deliver exceptional customer service
·Valuing and instructing properties to the market
·Sales progression and regular client contact
·Conduct quality property viewings

Essential:

·Typically, with 5 years’ experience the candidate will be expected to list, negotiate, and represent our clients to the highest standard. Day to day they will be working as part of a team to ensure our clients get the results that they have employed us for. The candidate will be expected to win business and take care of our clients throughout the sale process.
·You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results driven
·Well-presented, communicative, and articulate
·Resilience and positivity
·Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial
·A full UK driving license

Whilst there will be a requirement to work Saturdays on a rota (not each week), the office hours are 8.30am - 6pm, with a 5pm finish on a Friday and 9am-4pm on a Saturday.
